We support our brokerage communities and welcome agent participation in all of our real estate auctions. Brokers who wish to refer their currently listed Sellers for an auction should contact Florida Auctioneers & Realty, LLC at (941) 927-8108, or click on "Contact Us" so that we may explain more about our cooperative partner listing program, and how you can earn a regular 3% co-brokered commission just like in any other traditional transaction...just by referring your Seller's unsold property to us for Auction. What have you got to lose? Perhaps an expired listing that gets unsold and you lose the advertising dollars you've already invested?
Brokers who represent Buyers may request a copy of the Broker Participation Agreement on the subject property by calling our office, or by clicking on the below Form. One of our auction consultants will answer any questions pertaining to the Agreement or the property itself.
In order to receive a commission the registration form must be completed in full, signed by Broker/Agent as well as the buyer/bidder, and received by Florida Auctioneers & Realty, LLC within 24 hours prior to the auction sale date. Florida Auctioneers & Realty, LLC must confirm the receipt thereof in writing in order for it to be valid.
